I only want one shirt done is that a problem?
A- No, we will do any quantity from 1 to hundreds
I've heard that a lot of embroiders charge a set up fee do you?
A-No set-up fees, digitizing if needed. On file fonts do not need digitizing, and we have hundreds.
Is your digitizing done on site or do you send it out?
A-We do all digitizing ourselves
I have an entire Hockey/Baseball/Sports team I represent would we get a qty break on over 100 of the same items?
A-Yes we have a quantity discount. 10% over 100 items.
What is a normal turn around time?
A-Turnaround time varies. If you are ordering something from us that does not get to my supplier for a week we tell you two weeks to completion. If you bring something to me or you order something readily available at my suppliers we give you a one week turnaround. To date we have never been late with an order and have no problems putting an order through in less than a week if needed. We have no increase in price for rush orders. If we think we can rush it and do the job well we will do so.
I have my own hat/shirt/piece of clothing would you embroider something on that ?
A-Yes, we will embroider what you bring to us as readily as well as the clothing you purchase from us.
How many colors can be done?
A-Our machines have 16 colours. We can do more but have yet to have a call for them.
Can you embroider anything?
A- Yes, we have embroidered everything from a thong to a leather wheel cover for a vehicle. We have also embroidered quite a few horse blankets, cowboy hats, a golf bag, goalie gloves, boxing gloves, and a few other oddities as well as the normal apparel you would expect to embroider on.
How do I get a sample to you?
A- If you mean a sample of what you would like embroidered you can e-mail us your artwork. If you mean a clothing sample you can bring it by the office or have it mailed to us.
Will I be shown a proof before committing to my order?
A- We always do a sew out of what you request for you to see prior to completing your order.
How much of a deposit is required when ordering?
A- When ordering in person and picking up in person we require a 50% deposit on all orders, even if you are supplying the item to be embroidered. If you are ordering online we require 100% to be paid before we do the order.
